Descriere job: The primary role is to take over the full responsibility for the programming of the survey related to the Online Market Research projects.
In more detail, your responsibilities will be to:
• Programming of online questionnaire based on the word documents provided by the client: this includes survey creation, setting filters and quotas, managing languages, exporting and reporting
• Follow up with internal and external resources
• Able to refine and further develop current survey programming standards and policies
• Define the details related to the survey programming, like plan, time line, resource required and potential roadblock
• Maintain and improve Ciao Service and Operations quality standards
• Be flexible and proactive in providing the best solutions for the client
Cerințe: You have graduated from University or your already have work experience in the market research environment, programming and/or web development. Ideally you have/you are:
• Some knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is required
• Ajax, Jscript, XML and a language for dynamic web development (asp, .net, php, jsp, flash, actionscript) is a strong advantage
• Proficient with MS-Office (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Time management and priorities management are essential

Descriere job: Client support:
• Learning and understanding how our technology platform is used by our clients;
• Technical and user support for our external and internal client base (via e-mail and telephone);

Managing services for clients:
• Using the system to help clients with their projects by scripting the surveys they are looking to deploy;

Deployment of Beta versions:
• Participation to the deployment of Beta versions by testing all features before starting to be used by clients;

Quality Assurance Tests:

Cerințe: Advanced French is mandatory;

• Data Preparation: cleaning, coding, aggregation, merging, summarization, weighting

Descriere job: What you will do/ learn:
• Take over the translation, and in some cases, coding of survey projects in your language(s);
• Perform translations and TM maintenance using the CAT tool SDL Trados 2007 (SDLX);
• Be responsible for completing the assigned projects on time and in budget;
• Be in contact with external resources, assign translation/ coding tasks on time and in budget;
• Effectively communicate with Project and Sales Managers to ensure customer’s needs regarding translation/ coding are met and understood;
• Escalate project or outstanding issues to the Team Leader as soon as identified;
• Update all internal tools on a daily basis in order to keep track of the project status;
Cerințe: Your profile:
• University graduate, preferably with focus on translations;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian (TOEFL, CAE, CELI, CILS or translation authorization are a plus);

Descriere job: Role:
Respond to and troubleshoot member issues to achieve an optimized member experience and increased survey completion rate across all panels.

Specific functions:
- Respond to panelist e-mails, resolve panelist problems, and escalate any issues to the appropriate internal personnel and teams
- Perform user testing of panel websites and report findings to appropriate persons
- Translate and coordinate the invitation creation process for specified languages
- Perform and coordinate fraud checks within our panels
- Coordinate problem escalation and make sure that urgent issues are communicated promptly
- Keep the Team Leader and Panel Director up-to-date on major panel trends and issues observed by the support team
- Ensure the fulfillment of service requirements set by the Panel Director (e.g. a maximum response time)
