Perform vendor related activities (booking, solving issues, follow up etc…)
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for accurate and timely invoice booking
- Ensure effectiveness of invoice booking
- Ensure a regular follow up on Payable vendor accounts
- Prepare vendor payment according to calendar and due date invoices
- Responsible to follow up and solve WF messages received daily
- Issue according reporting on a regular basis and on demand
- Involve in Intra-Group vendor reconciliation on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Deal and solve issues together with Units or process involved
- Issue a monthly reporting on KPI BVI agreed

- Create purchase order to source hardware, software & services needed for the customer sales order
- Send purchase orders to suppliers
- Contact suppliers asking for order confirmation
- Communicate with relevant people for solving issues on requests
- Accomplishing supplementary tasks, for the defined non-standard processes
- Reporting activities
